- We provide audited quarterly and annual statements in German GAAP and IFRS and able to provide reconciliation to US GAAP if needed.
- We administer bank accounts in various currencies with various banks for vessel owning SPV’s including electronic payment and booking.
- We coordinate with banks, tax authorities, commercial register, suppliers etc. with regards to founding new SPV and during the lifetime of the SPV.
