HAMMONIA Reederei GmbH & Co. KG ("HAMMONIA"), together with funds managed by affiliates of HCI Capital AG, has executed a sale-and-charter-back transcation with the world´s third largest liner company CMA CGM.

The acquired vessel "CMA CGM WAGNER" is a post-panamax container vessel with 5,782 TEU capacity, built by Samsung Heavy Industries Co., Ltd., South Korea in 2004. The charter name will stay unchanged, although for internal and marketing purposes the name "HAMMONIA FRANCIA" will be used from now on. The vessel continues to sail for CMA CGM under a time charter until 2016. HAMMONIA took over ship management on 01/19/2012.

For the investor M/V "HAMMONIA FRANCIA" offers an attractive opportunity to invest alongside with the manager HAMMONIA at a low asset price entry point and with stable cash flows for the upcomming years from the fixed time charter with CMA CGM.
